About Us
As the world gets increasingly more urban, cities face incredible challenges to ensure that the quality of life, environmental sustainability and social equity do not suffer. Set up in 2014 as a social venture, My Liveable City is a reputed global knowledge platform that brings together the experience of thought leaders, academicians and practitioners drawn from Urban Design and City Planning, Landscape and Environmental Planning, Architectural & Building Design and Innovative Technologies.
Our objective is to make our cities sustainable, inclusive and liveable for all. My Liveable City aligns its vision for cities with the Sustainable Development Goals targeted by the United Nations: water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, climate action, innovation and infrastructure including affordable housing, sustainable cities, communities and equitable societies.
Drawing on the experience of over 20 countries, the platform aims to inform, inspire and educate through digital content, magazine, books, conferences, knowledge tours, expert training, short-term academic courses and customised workshops.
As a city undergoes a revolution in its urban landscape, the change is so monumental that it would be unfortunate if we did not involve ourselves in this transformation. We encourage you to partner with us on this journey as readers, commentators, writers and participants.
